We stand by our handwritten treasures. If any standard item arrives major damaged or fundamentally flawed (we’re humans brushing ink, not robots), contact us within 14 days via help@mistpause.com with:
- Order number
- Photos/video of the issue
- Whether you prefer replacement, refund or Store Credits.

- Unless we made an error (e.g. misspelled name you provided) or major damaged or fundamentally flawed caused by us.

❄️ Final Sale Items & Bundle sets
- Clearly marked on product page or during checkout (e.g. seasonal collaborations, including Custom & Personalized Items)
- Any Order with discount items Only Store Credits applied.
📮 Return Shipping (Email us before you decide to return items)
- Customer pays for return shipping
- We cover costs for replacements
⏳ Processing Time
- Refunds/Store credits: 5 business days after we receive returned item
- Replacements: Shipped within 72 hours of approval
🌏 International Orders
- Refunds exclude: original shipping ($30-50) + import duty/Taxes (if applied) + MistPause's Subsidy($6-11) in all cases. Therefore, refunds amount will be less than what you actually paid when checkout.
Non-Negotiables:
